Ryan Reynolds is back as Deadpool in a new promotional video for SickKids, and in it he teams up with Kidpool (Inez Reynolds) and Wonder Woman series star Lynda Carter, to help eliminate sick kids… or erm, eliminate the sickness from kids.
The video comes from Reynolds and Maximum Effort’s annual Christmas campaign in support of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), and it finds Deadpool and Kidpool commandeering Santa’s sleigh to deliver gifts.
When Kidpool asks what they should do next, Deadpool suggests it’s time to tackle childhood sickness. When Deadpool acknowledges that they might be too “R-rated” for the task, Lynda Carter shows up, who is a much more wholesome representative.
