Prime Video’s Wheel of Time adaptation is coming back for season three on March 13, 2025.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!During its panel at CCXP Brazil, the streamer offered up a first look at the show’s return. Primarily, the teaser focuses on Moiraine (Rosamund Pike), who thinks the only way for Rand al’Thor (Josha Stradowski) to live and become the Dragon Reborn is for her to die instead of him. The pair and Egwene (Madeline Madden) already on their way to the Aiel Waste to learn more about the Reborn’s destiny, and hope to reach it before Rand’s corrupted power keeps evolving within him or the Forsaken catch up to them. Either way, Moiraine’s seen a “thousand, thousand futures,” and there’s no world in which they both survive whatever’s coming for them.
That’s not the only threat the good guys have to deal with: Prime Video’s description mentions old enemies returning to the Two Rivers, the internal struggle happening at the White Tower, and Lanfear (Natasha O’Keeffe) joining in on the Forsaken’s hunt to track down Rand. Ultimately, everything falls to Moiraine and Egwene, these “powerful women who started the series as teacher and student, must now work together to prevent the Dragon from turning to the Dark…no matter the cost.”
Also starring Daniel Henney, Zoë Robins, Marcus Rutherford, and Dónal Finn, Wheel of Time’s third season hits Prime Video on March 13—might be time to get a rewatch on.
